Red Beet Noodle material:
100 grams bit steamed, mashed
250 grams of high protein flour
100 grams of corn starch
2 eggs, beaten off

Spray Ingredients:
2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped

200 grams of beef sukiyaki
4 pieces of fish balls, sliced round
3 mushroom hioko, brewed, sliced
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
1,200 ml of water
2 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch dissolved together 11/2 tablespoons water
2 eggs, beaten off
1 leek, sliced
1/2 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon cooking oil
How to Make Red Flush Sukiyaki Noodles Hot Plate:
1. Material beet noodles, stir beet, wheat flour, corn flour, eggs, salt, and water to the clotted.
2. Roll out thin at its thickest noodle mill (number 7). After two-three times the rollers, turn the mill. Milled back 3 times until smooth. Shrink again grind. And so on until the slimmest thickness no.1 (thinnest) .Each time grind, sprinkle flour.
