How to make Red Velvet Cup Cakes

This cake is coming from America. Fresh red color wrapped in white cream, it is tempting to bite.


Ingredients:

500 g flour

100 g of powdered cocoa

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 pinch of salt

200 g butter, melted

400 g sugar

4 eggs

200 g sour cream

1/2 cup milk

1 ounce of red food coloring

2 tsp vanilla liquid



Material cream:

1 cup whipped cream vanilla

1 cup whipped cream cheese



How to make:

- Prepare the muffin tins lined with paper cup. Heat the mold up to 170 degrees Celsius.

- Mix the flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt in a bowl and set aside.

- Blend the butter with the sugar using a mixer at medium speed for approximately 5 minutes until smooth.

- Add the eggs, puree, then add sour cream, milk, food coloring and vanilla. Mix until blended. Then enter the batter into the paper cup until it meets half. Heat about 20 minutes and then removed.

- Mix the whipped cream cheese and vanilla and beautify the cake.

- Add garnish pink and freeze cupcake.

- American-style red velvet cupcake ready to be served.
