Recipe Marble Mocca Pudding |
Materials:
1 packet (7gr) gelatinous white
60 g sugar
400 ml of fresh liquid milk
2 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1/2 tbsp pasta mocca
1/8 tsp fine salt
1 tablespoon rum
Make Chocolate sauce Pudding:
15 g cornstarch
60 g sugar
20 g cocoa powder
500 ml of fresh liquid milk
2 egg yolks, beaten off
½ tbsp butter
1/8 tsp salt
How To Make Marble Mocca Pudding:
1. Mix gelatin, sugar, salt and fresh liquid milk, stir well. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring frequently, lift. While hot, add egg yolks, mix well.
2. Separately, beat the egg whites until stiff. While hot, add the pudding mixture into beaten egg whites while shaken continue using the mixer.
3. Take 1/3 of dough jelly, pasta insert mocha and stir well. Spoon the batter into the pan so that white pudding. Pour batter mocha on it. Stir with a fork in a circle to form marble motif. Once cool, remove from prints of. Cut into pieces.
4. Chocolate Sauce: Dissolve cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar, salt in fresh liquid milk. Stir well, strain. Heat over low heat, stirring constantly, stirring until thickened texture. Lift. While warm, add the butter and egg yolks and stir well. The sauce ready to be served as a complement pudding.
