How to make Chicken Katsu Recipe

Chicken katsu is a menu of Japanese cuisine favored by many circles. In addition to the savory taste, the cooking process is very easy and practical. Like this time I will try to present the katsu chicken recipe that you can serve in just 10 minutes.



Ingredients:

4 boneless chicken breast halves

salt and pepper to taste

2 tablespoons flour

1 egg

250 grams of bread flour

250 ml oil for frying



How to cook:

- Season the chicken with salt and pepper.

- Place the flour, egg and bread crumbs in a separate container.

- Sprinkle the chicken with flour.

- Dip in egg and roll in breadcrumbs.
