Recipe Fried Rice Thailand |
Material:
400 grams of white rice cold
50 gr salted fish, grilled, shredded-suwir
Btr 2 eggs, beaten off
100 grams bean sprouts, remove the tail
1 stalk spring onion, finely sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons fish sauce
½ tsp little sugar, cooking oil for sauteing
Fried Chicken Ingredients:
100 g chicken, cut into small squares
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch
1 tsp salt
½ teaspoon ground pepper
How to Make :
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, pepper, and cornstarch, let stand 15 minutes and fry until cooked.
2. Heat oil, put the egg, stir until grainy, enter sprouts, and cook until half cooked, remove from heat. Set aside.
3. Saute garlic until fragrant, put leeks, and salted fish. Add the rice, season fish sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar and stir until blended.
4. Add the eggs, sprouts and chicken, stir well, remove from heat and serve.
Serving For 3 People
