How to Make Chicken Soto

Hello foodter lovers .. Chicken Soto, this one of the most popular foods in Indonesia. Soto most delicious when served while still hot, especially when the weather is cold. Material:

- 800 ml of water
- 400 g chicken, cut into 4
- 2 lime leaves
- 1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
- 2 cm galangal, crushed
- 2 tablespoons cooking oi
- 50 g glass noodles, scalded, drain
- 2 eggs, boiled, peeled, cut-sides
- 4 pieces of ready-made potato cakes, fried
- 2 tablespoons fried onions
- 2 tablespoons celery slices
- Right amount of oil



Condiments, puree:

- 3 cloves garlic
- 5 red onions
- 2 cm turmeric
- 2 cm ginger
- Salt and pepper to taste



Complement:

- 1 lemon, take the water
- 4 pieces of cake, cut into pieces
- Chili mashed



How to make:

1. Boil chicken together lime leaves, lemongrass, and galangal until tender.
2. Stir-fry until fragrant spices. Enter the cooking water to the chicken, bring to a boil.
3. Remove the chicken from the broth. Yellow fry until browned, shredded-shredded.
4. Fill a bowl with shredded chicken, glass noodles, egg, fried onions, celery, pour the sauce. Serve with complementary.
