How to make Smoked Salmon Sushi Roll


Hello foodter lovers, had a holiday to Japan  if not certainly never heard of this one with food. That's right once, Sushi. Food has become a culinary icon in Japan. And this time I will share a recipe titled Smoked Salmon Sushi Roll. Come on girls, immediately wrote to the kitchen!


Ingredients :

1 avocado, peeled, seeded and sliced

1 cucumber, peeled and sliced

2 tablespoons wasabi paste

2 cups Japanese sushi rice

6 tablespoons rice wine vinegar

6 sheets nori

8 ounces smoked salmon, cut into long slices



How to make :

1. Soak rice for 4 hours, drain. Tanak rice in the rice cooker by adding two cups of water. Rice should be in a condition little dry when adding vinegar into it.

2. As soon as the rice is cooked, mix six tablespoons rice vinegar into the rice steaming hot. After that, flatten rice on a plate until completely cool.

3. Place a sheet of nori on top of woven bamboo, and then press a thin layer of cold rice onto the nori. Leaving about 1 cm top edge and bottom edge of the nori, let it not be coated for easy sealing it later. Apply the wasabi-spots to the top of the rice, and then stacking the cucumber, avocado and smoked salmon on it. Set the position to be about 1 cm away from the bottom edge of the nori.

4. Lightly dampen a top edge of the nori. After that, roll up the bottom edge of the nori up tightly curled. Cut the roll into eight pieces and serve. Repeat the process from start to finish all the sushi made
