Recipe Chili Crab Soup

Let's make soup that is ready in a flash. It was very delicious.



Material:

150 grams of crab meat ready

100 grams of canned bamboo shoots, cut into matchsticks

3 cloves garlic, crushed

2 cm ginger, crushed

2 large red chilies, coarsely chopped

1,250 ml chicken broth

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 tablespoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch, dissolved in 11/2 tablespoons water

1 egg white

2 leeks, finely sliced

2 tablespoons sesame oil for frying



How to Make Chili Crab Soup:

1. Heat the sesame oil. Saute garlic, ginger, and chilies until fragrant. Enter bamboo shoots and crabmeat. Stir well.

2. Enter the soy sauce, salt, pepper, and sugar. Stir well. Pour the chicken broth. Cook until boiling.

3. Thicken with cornstarch solution. Stir until bubbling.

4. Enter the egg whites slowly while stirring, stirring. Add the leek. Stir well. (Dn)
