Recipe Chicken Drumsticks

Material

20 pieces of chicken thigh, a large part

Egg 1 egg white, beaten

400 grams flour

400 ml cooking oil



Seasoning

5 cloves garlic, crushed

2 cm ginger, crushed

1/4 tsp pepper powder

1/3 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg



How to make

1. Marinate chicken thighs that have been drawn with herbs and white eggs, let stand for about 30 minutes.

2. Enter the chicken thighs marinated in dry wheat. Remove and shake. Repeat the process on all the pieces of chicken thighs.

3. Sprinkle chicken thighs with a little water, stir.

4. Re-enter into the dry flour, stir, shake.

5. Fry with oil and medium heat until yellowing. Serve with tomato sauce and chili sauce.
