Recipe Fried Chicken with Orange Sauce

Hello foodter lover, had chicken at home but get bored just fry it? Try fried chicken recipe that was given this orange sauce. Fresh sweet and sour taste is definitely tempting.



Ingredients:

200 gr boneless chicken meat

100 gr flour (seasoned flour can be replaced)

1 egg

1 clove of garlic puree

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

2 tbsp butter, melted



Sauce ingredients:

3 tablespoons orange juice

2 tablespoons lemon juice

2 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tablespoon sugar

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tsp grated garlic

1 leek chopped

1/2 teaspoon chili powder

1 tablespoon butter

3 tablespoons cornstarch

100 ml water



How to cook:

1. Cut the chicken into small pieces the size of a thumb. Season with garlic, salt and pepper. Soak for approximately 10 minutes.

2. Beat the eggs and mix with the flour and butter. Add chicken along with the marinade into the flour mixture. Stir well. Make sure the meat smeared all the flour.

3. Fry the chicken until browned, remove and set aside.

4. Heat a frying pan, melt the butter. Saute garlic, onion and ginger grated briefly. Enter the orange juice, lemon, oyster sauce, chili powder and salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves.

5. Enter the water that has been mixed with cornstarch. Stir well and cook until the sauce thickens.

6. Pour the orange sauce on top of fried chicken. Serve with warm rice.
