How to make Moon Pies

This cake also from America. For those of you who love chocolate and marshmellow soft cream, a recipe worth trying this one.


Ingredients:

½ cup butter has melted

200 g sugar

1 egg

200 g of milk powder

1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

400 g flour

½ tsp salt

100 g cocoa

1 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1 cup creamy marshmellow



How to make:

- Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius and basting pan with butter.

- To make the skin, mix the cream with ½ cup butter and granulated sugar. Add egg, milk powder and vanilla and mix until blended.

- Take a bowl or other container and fill the salt flour, cocoa, baking soda and baking powder.

- Put the mixture of flour with the sugar mixture slowly while stirring. Stir until all ingredients are well blended.

- Print out the dough on a baking sheet that has been heated, give a distance of about 7 cm on each mold dough because the dough will converge when it expands.

- Heat up to about 6 to 8 minutes until slightly hardened. Allow a few minutes for the cold.

- For marshmellow cream filling: Mix ½ cup butter, powdered sugar, flavorings and marshmellow cream, puree. Layer on top of the skin and cover with another skin.

- Moon Pies ready to be served.
