Recipe Shrimp Sichuan Sauce |

Ingredients:
300 gr shrimp, remove the head and skin

Seasoning sauce:
2 tablespoons chili sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp honey
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 cm ginger, minced
100 ml water
How to cook:
1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients seasoning sauce. Stir well.
2. Heat oil and saute garlic, onions and scallions until fragrant.
3. Enter the shrimp and stir-fry until it changes color.
4. Enter the sauce into the stir. Stir well, add a little salt and cook until the sauce boils and thickens. Wait until the sauce is reduced and the prawns were overcooked. Remove and serve.
